Verify that it is possible to change password and login

  • use Rigado auth login to open login page

  • submit wrong credentials and follow with “forgot password”

  • provide email address registered with ED and follow the link to change password in the received message

  • go to ED login page and login with new password

FAIL

Using: Safari

The ED UI ends up on the same login page with “LOG IN” button on it. Clicking the button redirects back to the same page (with log in button).

Repeated on private browser tab and same result. Unable to login.

Note it worked on google chrome.

Login via CLI

  • make sure you are logged off

  • use rigado auth login to login in the CLI

  • provide valid credentials in the opened web page

  • make sure you are logged on CLI by for example executing any command (rigadoadmin org list)

PASS

Had to copy & paste the login page URL to chrome for this to work

Logout via CLI

  • make sure you are logged in via CLI

  • run Rigado auth logout

FAIL

rigado auth logout returns: Error: API Error - 500 - could not log out

I am still logged in on CLI

This happens regardless if I am logged in or not to ED

To verify that auth0 management console can list all of the devices the user is using

  • have a user login on CLI

  • have the same user login to web ED

  • as an admin login to auth0 management console and check which devices a particular user has linked

FAIL

auth0 management console shows both Edge Direct Development on Mac or Safari but does not show CLI
